A: Our counselor helps you communicate with your mortgage servicer, fill out applications, works with you on a budget and/or gives guidance on leaving the home if necessary. We do all that we can to help you save your home if it is possible.
A: No, we do not have immediate funding to help get your mortgage payments current. What we do is help you speak with your loan servicer to obtain a loss mitigation option that may adjust the finances of your home to make it more affordable to you.
