A: You are responsible for choosing the contractor you’d like to have do the work, but we can provide contact information for contractors who have done work for previous customers.

A: The HomeOwnership Center works with all income levels and has many programs and services for a wide variety of people.

A: The only fee that you pay to work with our HUD Certified Counselor is the cost per person of your soft inquiry credit report. The meeting itself is free to you.

A: The HomeOwnership Center offers customers the tools and knowledge they need to become informed consumers and successful homebuyers. The eight hour online Homebuyer Education course provides an overview of the home buying process and what lenders expect. Counselors help customers address their obstacles to home ownership and HOC continues to provide educational opportunities and counseling after a home purchase to ensure sustainable success.
